Oblivion Ring suggests the front side of this should say "nonland". Also you've just given black enchantment and artifact removal, the absence of which is one of the last bastions of the colour pie.

"Nullfire" sounds like it ought to be a counterspell rather than a Twincast. This is also quite powerful, as a split card Oblivion Ring - Twincast - Reverberate. I suggest at least that the O-Ring side should be 1 mana more expensive than O-Ring/Banishing Light.

I want the O-ring side to be playable and the twincast side be a +, so made twincast side more expensive and made o-ring side more mana-extensive
