I suspect Wizards would nerf this. Terramorphic Expanse / Evolving Wilds are fine cards; a version that works like Arid Mesa's whole cycle to find shocklands is quite strong, even if it has to make them arrive tapped.

This could ETB tapped and maybe even have a {1} mana cost and still be good. As is, it's way overpowered. Note that this ALSO finds Dryad Arbor. The only card with that flexibility that I can find is Spoils of Victory.

It's fairly similar to Farseek, which was a deliberate riff on Rampant Growth for a set with shocklands, and Terramorphic Expanse casts Rampant Growth. So I can see why 10vernothin thought this would be fair. But I strongly suspect it isn't.
