1/0's comment on "Hybrid legendary" somehow made me think of this. (name from hyperbole and a half, of course)
Clearly a silly idea. Though plausible some more sensible wording might be usable - "Players may not activate abilities, or cast spells, that have more than one green mana in their cost"
