Probably doesn't need to cost eight. For reasons of space, probably shouldn't be an artifact... Other than that; a stompy flying withering Raise Dead stick? Sounds like a fine mythic.

Yep, I reckon I agree with everything Vitenka said there. Excellent core idea for a mythic, just bring the cost down and remove a word from the type line.
