I feel that this would be backbreakingly broken as something you can cast on turn 2 just looking at the -3.

Half your life mind you. And you're not gonna waste that stealing a grizzly bears.

Make it 'non-land' and this is one of the more reasonably mass-phy cards I've seen.

Ok I'm cool with non-land any idea for the other abilities?
