This wording was seen on Mossbridge Troll, but it's very unusual. It's basically almost exactly the same as "indestructible", and because that's so much shorter and simpler to write, you should generally always just use indestructible.
This reminds me quite a lot of Empyrial Archangel. It's unusual to see a three-colour gold card with a double mana symbol that's not the middle one; why here?
The double is due to this creature starting as a mono green Troll With just activated abilities of the other two colors. After his death well yeah he became this. I'm still working on the other critter. I can change the Mossbridge Troll ability to indestructible but you did say "almost exactly the same thing" what makes it different?
I guess if anything cares about indestructible or regenerate words. Also, regenerating taps and removes from combat; just plain being indestructible doesn't.
I'm ok with it being tapped whenever it gets saved.
What's the difference? 9 words rather than 1, where fewer words is better.
However if you do want to keep a closer tie to trolls and regeneration for flavour purposes, I guess that's a fair justification.
^^ that. I know that there is very little difference between the two way so make this guy near impossible to kill but I really do like the flavor and a troll that doesn't regenerate some how just seems off to me.
