Eh; can't think of something funky it should do - but can we have devotion to the colourless part of a casting cost? I don't see why not.
colorless is not a color.
even if you could, the value has to be much higher than normal colors. e.g. emrakul grants 15 just like that. even ordinary artifacts can grant a bunch without much effort.
