Obligatory "give every spell the mechanic" design.

Whoa. Except this lets you get the spell effect as well as the creature, unlike Incarnate.

Yes, I'm aware. I'm not sure the other form would be playable. This one is likely undercosted, but let me call out "DEVELOPMENT!" XD
