The second mode seems to me a little bit too good for the cost; but I guess it doesn't prevent the damage (and not even all the damage even if you can kick it)

It's a nice pair of abilities though.

Mm, it's one turn of No Mercy (or Aurification), combined with one turn of Equal Treatment. Nice.
