Whee! Exciting. Reminds me of Leafdrake Roost. That mana cost is somewhat excessively mono-white. You do have to pay 4-then-3-then-2 mana to get your first Angel, but I think that's entirely reasonable given that you'll be making a fresh Angel for 2 mana every turn from then on.

Nice card. Only tweak I'd suggest is make the costs in the rules text less white-intensive: maybe fortify for {2}{w}, say.

I'd go {2}{w}{w} to cast, {1}{w}{w} to fortify, {w}{w} to use - just for the pretty pattern.

Very nice mechanics and very nice flavour - building a ledge for angels to come and land on. Grab some babel art and call it a day :)

...there's a joke in that somewhere. "Why do angels make good tacticians? They always take the high ground."

Thank you for the feedback and I think that I'll go with the pretty pattern.
