Hm. A planeswalker themed around looting and playerburn. Looks... okay. Quite expensive given he doesn't affect the board at all and you need to ultimate him to even get any card advantage. He'll normally work like a Ceta Sanctuary occasionally doing a Duskmantle Guildmage impression, neither of which scream 5-mana mythic to me.

I figured the cost needed to up a little if only because -2 in a storm/phyMana-based deck seems like it's asking for trouble.

Really? "1 damage to a player for each spell you cast" is trouble? But Gelectrode and Guttersnipe are far better than that, and those are 3-mana uncommons! It's only going to be a problem if you're packing some hefty self-mill. And, well, even Traumatize isn't going to mill 20 instants/sorceries in a 60-card deck.
