Nice little combination of abilities. I'm a bit worried about unblockable on a {2}/{2} equip, but it's plausibly ok.
The "Open the door in the wall" rider is lovely flavour.

I think it's fine when compared to Whispersilk Cloak.

The cloak is also scary good, be careful with. But it's main advantage is the shroud part, I guess - and "+1/+0 sac to destroy a wall" is usually less good than shroud :)

This is, by the way, quite a bit better than Prowler's Helm.
