Unfortunately, there's no way to enforce this. You opoment could easily hold back a creature, claiming it's a sorcery, and then just play it after having drawn a card, and you might never know. Actions that use hidden zones must generally reveal that zone so that opponent can feasibly police each other. This needs to reveal all cards or have a different effect.
