Can I frobble four to the top of my deck, just to infinite loop? Please?

It wouldn't really be an infinite loop, because you could voluntarily choose to end it.

Made it hide deeper to prevent loop.

This still loops if you can get it to be the last card in your library, and since the looping card draws still count as card draws, something like Psychosis Crawler or Chasm Skulker is a big fan. (Of course, since it'll be your final turn, Chasm Skulker will want some way to ensure that it gets through.)

At that point, you're only 1 card away from a Laboratory Maniac win anyway, so I don't think there's much of a problem.

I don't think you can legally loop it anyway, since it doesn't advance the game state. The game should be able to track its location in your deck.

Edit: If you have something that triggers off card draws, the trigger change the game, so it could loop then. Only boring loops are banned.
