Is this supposed to effectively allow you to scry 1 before you draw? Because right now, if you put the card on the bottom you have to skip the draw entirely.
Yes, you skip your draw if the top card is placed at the bottom.
Wow. It'd have to be a really really bad card to choose not to draw it for no benefit...
I'll think of an alternative later, putting the next top card into your hand would make this really wordy for an uncommon.
