If Sift is on par with 'Cycle
' (it's probably better, to be honest), then this is probably too good. Maybe not, though. When would you ever say "I don't need Incinerate"? Reminds me of the card that MaRo considers a 'mistake' - Expunge.
If this didn't hit players, it wouldn't have that issue.
