That's a lot of targets. I feel that the deck that runs mass bounce wouldn't run a lot of creatures.
The number of targets is meant to be a drawback, especially since this is 2cmc cascade, which Wizards has avoided. Do you think it could be three creatures per player?
Possibly, especially since you're only getting a bonus 1-drop.
Or 0-drop, which is why cascade is feared on anything less than a 3-drop. (See Living End and Hypergenesis.)
I forgot about those cards. I disapprove of cascading into non-costed cards. In that case, leave it.
I wonder... in a two player game can this target the same two creatures twice?
