which part is sun and which part is moon?
It seems obvious to me, but maybe it's not. And even if it isn't, does that really matter?
Indeed, white sun, blood moon ;)
But yowsers, this is powerful. Either half is more than worth the casting cost.
I can't remember which two cards do it, but firebreathing for your team has been printed on two identical cards with different names (one from Saviors of Kamigawa, the other from Urza's Legacy. Oh, I'm being lazy today.) for . I assume if the ever printed the white version, that it couldn't cost more. Neither of the two red firebreathing enchantments made a splash, and I think both were uncommon. That leads me to think that this is generally fair. In a red deck it's the same card for . In a red/white deck, your mana is split, so you might not get exactly what you want.
It's very nice. I'd like to see this in a few decks.
Yeah; but this prints the pure red version at and the pure white version at AND you can use it in a red-white deck to go utterly crazy.
It's a fine concept; just too cheap.
Upped the cost; removed "you control" restriction.
Ghitu War Cry and Captive Flame are the cards jmg's alluding to. I agree this is probably better at 3 mana, but it's still nice.
Changed rarity and added flavor text.
