Does anyone have thoughts on this?

I like the first two. The last ability is a curious "sortof-ultimate" that can be used the turn you cast him, but doesn't do very much. Since it's restricted to Humans, does it have to exile it at the end step? Could it just say "Return target Human creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield"?

Well; it's the first planeswalker I don't immediately want to purge from existence. (That should totally be a card name)

So yeah; it probably needs roughly tripling in power.

Power-wise, it seems perfectly fair. But it fails to wow me. I don't think you need to have an game-wrecking ultimate for the card to be fair/fun, but it still needs to be exciting. Goryo's Vengeance is a good card, but it doesn't deserve to be a mythic.

What about "You gain an emblem with 'You may cast Human cards from your graveyard?"

That's a bit more exciting, yeah. Sufficiently much so that I might say it should be -4 rather than -3.
