Weeeird.

Doesn't seem bad, just... odd.

Actually reads very good to me. When I first saw this last night, I wanted to give you money for this card. I'd probably play it in far too many decks... I'm the sort of guy who plays with cycling cards I will never need, because I might need them someday, and, hey, <falacy>"It's not like I wasted a card on it. I can just cycle it!"</falacy>

It is kinda an odd defensive card. "End my turn, but with everything untapped and ready" Devastating if you've got a flash deck, possibly.

This is the kind of card you really want to play with Leyline of Anticipation or Alchemist's Refuge.

Or Vedalken Orrery; but that makes EVERYTHING better.

Haha, yeah. Putting "end the turn" on there really makes you want to give it flash. I figured it had to be there, since it untaps all of your permanents.
