Wording needs help, I'm sure.

It's unfortunately wordy, but I think the templating's okay.

It's odd. A universal Panoptic Mirror with some random lifeloss. It'd be harsh if you caught someone with a spell with a painful additional cost, like Fling or Death Bomb.

It's sort of a top-down design, in that I came up with the name and then tried to think of a card that fit it.

Lacks the "Cat" tribal type, then :)
