­Journey to Nowhere's brother. I like it. Check out the wording on Journey to Nowhere and Oblivion Ring, though. This should specify that it can only hit another nonland, noncreature permanent, and the second half of the card can read "When ~ leaves the battlefield, return the exiled card to the battlefield under its owner's control."
