Sooo much better than its mirror Order of the Holy Light. But then, Undead Warchief was soo much better than Daru Warchief too.

Mmm. The fact that this has first strike, though... this card would have been the better card if it only got +2/+0...

not much of a change but the cost is now {1} {b} {b} .
Also no longer exact mirror as Order of the Holy Light also costs an extra {1} but has Lifelink as a bonus.
Although it really depends on the deck you are playing, OotHL is better in a control deck, whereas OotUL is better in an aggro deck.
