Pretty minor effect, usually (I mean, Winter Orb isn't around any more...). Which leads me to remembering Kismet - which is a lot better, and not a lot more expensive. So this version could probably be cheaper.

It's the kind of global effect not normally seen on a common. Uncommon or rare is where I'd expect to see this effect.

Moved it to uncommon, and added a mana ability to it - is it fine as a uncommon or might it be to good now.
