Preferably as an "If you start with this in your hand, start with it in play" oversized card that's somewhat easy to always shuffle to the top?

I saw that, and immediately thought of this. However, I also immediately hated it for the same reason I hate Grafdigger's Cage and Rest in Peace. Cards like that, overpowered, blunt, obvious hosers, are bad design and I wish they didn't exist. I know I've designed some myself, like this one, but that's because I was trying to think of hints Wizards might print. And look. I was fairly correct.
Oh, and add Homeward Path to the list of cards I hate for these reasons.
