Ooh, a double Coiling Oracle effect. Always at least a Divination; fairly likely to be a cantrip Untamed Wilds, which is pretty good in anyone's book. Should probably put the lands OTB tapped.

I was thinking that the randomness ("darn it, I didn't hit any lands when I needed to!"), along with the requiring two colors, made up somewhat for the power.
