Being mildly serious, I'd anticipate this starting fights over who was winning.

Er, yeah. As written at the moment it'd be a simultaneous draw (or perhaps loss) for all players. It'd make more sense to say, say, "The player with the highest life total wins the game" or whatever. (Of course, there's no way that could be five mana.)

White: Everyone wins the game.
Black: Everyone loses the game.
Red: Deal 1000000 damage to each player.
Green. End the game.
Blue. Copy each instant or sorcery spell on the stack. You may choose new targets for the copies.
