Remember that [+] abilities shouldn't need to target creatures, as then you can't activate them on an empty board.

Nice aggressive-feeling red guy though - we don't really have a red planeswalker with that flavour at the moment. Emblem of Relentless Assault Every Turn is nice, and astonishingly, there hasn't been an enchantment that does that; Finest Hour or perhaps Waves of Aggression is as close as it comes.

Yeah I wanted a red planeswalker that wasn't fire based/related and I figured that as this guy is a warrior, Relentless Assault would be good with the emblem. He doesn't automatically win bit, if you're getting 2 combat phases each turn .....
Changed +1 back to original which combines nicely with Ultimate.

Yeah, I like this. Indeed, by wizards standards, I think it can be stronger: compare the +1 on Garruk, Primal Hunter (which admittedly is triple-G, but the abilities are a lot better).

I love the emblem. So much. Does it not go infinite, though?

changed the first ability to make 2/2 dwarves and clarified the emblem by adding first before "post combat main phase" so it doesn't go infinite but you get the 2nd combat phase on each of your turns.
Also changed the -1 to +0

Seems good.

I wonder if the ultimate could be simplified slightly, there may be a way to say "an additional main phase and an additional combat phase" without specifying "after the first post-combat main phase", but I'm not sure quite how it would be worded.

Yeah the word count is high but I couldn't see another way of simplifying it.

These days you can just say "Create a 2/2 red Dwarf creature token." See Advent of the Wurm for example.

That middle ability being able to kill creatures through debuffing is bendy for a monored card.

"During" isn't used much as a word in rules text nowadays. Looking at World at War, I would word that emblem as "After the first postcombat main phase on each of your turns, there's an additional combat phase followed by an additional main phase. At the beginning of that combat, untap all creatures that attacked this turn."

Getting a 2/2 as a +1 ability on a 4 CMC walker seems really good. I would personally switch up the first and second ability. When I check out some existing 4 CMC walkers, it seems they tend to get a 2/2 for their 0-costing loyalty ability, or create a 1/1 for +1 or create a bit larger due for minus loyalty ability; Arlinn Kord, Garruk Relentless, Xenagos, the Reveler, Elspeth, Knight-Errant, Saheeli, the Gifted, and Sorin the Mirthless for example. The only exception to this I can find is Nissa Revane, which seems reasonable given she's of the creature color, you can get only a limited number of those dudes and only if you actually include them in your deck, and she has a rather pitiful starting loyalty of 2.
