Seems pretty powerful at first glance, but this is certainly not overpowered - which is the ideal spot for a mythic, so good design there. This size hasn't been seen in blue since Supreme Exemplar, but it's somewhat reminiscent of Goliath Sphinx which certainly didn't break any formats. Nice one.
....It's mega stonkin freakin huge! But... it doesn't make me win the game. (And, hilariously, can cause me to lose the game if I'm nearly decked already)
So yeah, if it lands on the table it is a mighty beatstick, and I've just drawn a tonne of goodstuff. I'm well set.
But I didn't win the game, I didn't make target opponent lose the game, I don't even have "Cannot lose the game" status. Heck, it doesn't even trample!
So.. yes. Scarily, it's probably fair. Huge flying witch that gets distracted by tiny flying insects, or something.
Reduced power from 9/9 to 8/8, added trample, removed Memory.
Mono Blue doesn't usually get trample. I'm not saying never; but very very rarely. A couple of shapeshifters, Deep Spawn some leviathans... and bizarrely Silver Erne.
Still, maybe. It's a lot better with trample than without, though.
I think trample is ok in any colour on giant fatties (see Ludevic's Abomination). I think flying + trample is a more often in black, but it's been in other colours occasionally. So on the one hand, it can have trample, and it's better to go all out on a mythic. But on the other hand, the cool thing is drawing a bunch of cards, I'm not sure adding trample makes it that much more interesting.
