This is a mechanic designed to solve the problem of mana flood.

Wall: This permanent can block as though it were a creature. Lethal damage destroys it as though it were a creature. Used on 0 cards:

Walls are no longer creatures. This allows noncreature permanents to have power and thoughness and to be affected by combat damage.

Stubborn: This creature cannot be exiled or sacrificed and its toughness cannot be reduced to less than 1. Used on 1 cards: Angry Sayaka
Memory: Used on 0 cards:

The card has a different or additional effect if there are five or more cards in exile. This ability is like Threshold or Metalcraft only it counts all cards, not just yours.




In card text or details pages, write the mechanic's code name (playtest name) between square brackets, like "[Crittercast]", "[Bushido 1]" or "[Delay 4 {2}{R}{R}]". It will be expanded to the mechanic's name plus reminder text, such as "Suspend 4 – {2}{r}{r}. (Rather than cast this spell from your hand,...)"
To expand a mechanic's name but not its reminder text, include parentheses at the end of the square brackets: "[Crittercast()]", "[Delay 9 {R}()]".
