You can definitely be better than eviscerate or impale, but I think this should still start at 4 mana

As a sorcery at 2 mana, the balancing of power seems to be based on Damn or some such. The lack of rarity makes it hard to discern if this intended to be a limited card or a constructed powerhouse.

It certainly seems excessively effective if it were to be a card that would be frequently seen in limited.
