"Otherwise" is ambiguous here. Does it refer to all if-cases, any if-case, or specifically the last if-case before it?
Also there is a rat's tail of issues that need to be addressed with face-up cards in a library.
It's meant to refer to all other possibilities.
The face up top card seems simple enough to me. If it moves within the library, turn it back. 🤷♂️
