Continuing the combination of mechanics leading up to NTC #100, today we have a creature that might pass out useless money artifacts that hurt people. But what is its name? And what is its creature type?

flavor: part of some sort of horror-themed archetype. my idea is kind of like eldritch moon's aesthetic of random civilians experiencing really crazy stuff. Honestly could be a sequel to that considering the connection between harvest and moons in fantasy and history. A cool mythic rare design that came to my mind:

Name - Reaper of The Long Night

Type - Scarecrow God

Shroud

Harvest (?) - Whenever a permanent enters the battlefield under your control, you may have it enter tapped. If you do, create a colorless Scrip artifact token.
