This reminds me of Lingering Death quite a bit except for the fact that the creature is sacrificed at the end of your turn rather on the creature's controller's turn.

Wouldn't it be cleaner to just have this as a sorcery with "Destroy target creature unless its controller pays "? That would be good but not too "op" at {1} {b} I think.

This card was misworded, I forgot that as the enchantments controller this would sacrifice at the end of your turn, not the opponents. Changed it to be your upkeep instead of end step, giving the opponent a turn to respond. Also made the cost more expensive to warrant this.
