­Unlikely Alliance suggests this should read "Target nonattacking, nonblocking creature".

Very interesting concept. Anyone can stop any creature attacking, or if something does attack, can buff their potential-blockers before declaring them as actual-blockers. Looks like it'd have quite a slowing effect on the game.
