An alternative to Giant Broadcast Screen for the (Green-blue archetype). Probably too close to Propaganda Officer to both exist in the same set, and I've got more room in uncommon than at rare, so probably keeping Propaganda Officer and Giant Broadcast Screen and leaving this out. But it's still an interesting design.
