As discussed on Cécile Croomy. I may as well have Rakshata's card represent her astonishing speed of working, and especially refer to the awesome midcombat upgrade she accomplished in season 2. I loved the gameplay of Leonin Shikari so I'm very happy to have a chance to bring that back.

Red for her allegiance (Black Knights through and through) and for the speed theme to her abilities. Her character could equally be blue but I'm pretty tight for blue smallish creature slots.

Wasn't sure whether her haste ability should be permanent static, oneshot on tap, or somewhere in between. I went for somewhere in between for the moment.
