Hmm, I'm having a little difficulty coming up with enough common-suitable raid and revolt effects, since they both need to make sense in second main phase, and on commons they mostly need to be virtual vanillas with ETB triggers.

Thing is I want a common 4-drop, I want it to have revolt, and I don't want commons with p or t greater than 3. I considered having this add {r} {r} {r} (then it's a worse Coal Stoker). Trying this instead. It's repeatable burn but not very repeatable, and only to players.
