Since the cards are not equal right now I'm adding cards for Foundations and Flourishing here and will begin moving them over in hopefully a weak. I may end up making Isolation a large set.

That's a bit powerful for {w} . Maybe {1} {w} ? If you eliminated "may" it might be acceptable at {w} .

What's the first ability meant to do? At the moment all it'll do is pop a Phantasmal Dragon.

You are now target creature. Here's hoping I don't have a Sea Troll in play. I'd hate to be that creature...

It was 'tap' IIRC, must have got lost in the edit by accident.

Hey, that is pretty strong... but I don't know if it's really broken strong... it is a rare after all. If it was me, though, I'd probably trade out the "exits the battlefield" with "goes to the graveyard from the battlefield". If it is broken, it's going to be broken with cards similar to Eiganjo Free-Riders.
