If two or fewer explosion counters were removed this way, Psychic Explosion does not nothing. If you removed three explosion counters, draw two cards. If you removed five explosion counters, return up to four target permanents to their owner's hand. If you removed seven explosion counters, tap all creatures and destroy up to five artifacts. If you removed 10 or more Explosion counters, shuffle your hand, graveyard permanents you own on the battlefield, and cards you own in exile into your library.
