I read the abilities, and I'm nodding along, this seems interesting. Then I see it's a 7 mana 2/2, and I go wtf
Second, visionary on really expensive spells seems pointless, because it's probably the only spell you can cast in a turn

for 2/2 plus the counters is probably fair, plus you may have to think if you want to cast something else (ngl, I have no idea what spell you'd innately be interested in casting around this, barring maybe a self-mill card or wheel).
I probably underpowered the base p/t. I didn't want a 7/7 that comes out with seven counters. What do you think the base p/t should be? That being said, I could probably cut the cost down from this if I left the p/t at 2/2. A
