I based this off of Praetor's Counsel, but I don't think it turned out nearly as powerful. Suggestions?
I'm also not sure about the name. It should be "Breach __ the Void," but I don't know what preposition works best.
I propose "of".
Interesting going for the sweep before the individual target. It's usually harder to exile stuff than just kill it, and the graveyard is much cheaper to recur. And there's all the overhead of "Ok, what about the stuff I imprinted on my Isochron Scepter, can I still use that stuff?" rules to worry about.
Still, I can see enough use out of plain old boring "Ok, Regrowth stuff you thought was gone for good" to warrant it costing at least this much, even before you get into building a deck around it.
