Annoyingly, I already gave blue the best mana acceleration in my dorf set; and so I don't want to put this there.

But this is nice. You can't use it for {u}, you can't use it for abilities. But you can use it multiple times a turn.

Probably balances out, and works really nicely multiple times.

Yes, nice. Sapphire Medallion is a fantastic candidate for the {2}artifact->land conversion.
