I can get to my sets by clicking on my username, but I was thinking more about one-offs in the Design Challenges set.

I think this is pretty much covered by the recent search enhancements, particular card search "Restrict by user", as I described on Order by submitter.
For reference, the sequence needed is:
Search -> Restrict By User -> Search
Not terribly discoverable. But it does the trick.
If there are more than 100 such cards, that sequence won't get all of them, and there's no way to go to a page 2 or anything: it simply says "Please use a more specific query."

You're right, that is bad. Thanks for drawing my attention to it. Created My Cards when >100 of them to track it.
