Looks kinda whatever compared to Cloudkin Seer but I suppose Seer might be exceptional.

­Cloudkin Seer was a reasonable first pick.

This wouldn't be on the same level, but evasion and eventually getting the card back is still a good package.

Yeah, Cloudkin Seer was an amazing common, significantly stronger than any common in the preceding set. The strictly worse Tome Raider was still very playable.
