You might think “My Past is Not Today” is the best way to trigger this, but unfortunately the "one or more" means it'll only trigger this once. There's a few other cards in the set that trigger this once, from the flavour-appropriate like Twilight’s Triumph and “We’ve Come So Far” to the rather sillier like Garbage Fumes/Salvaged Armaments and Erase from Existence, among others.
Repeatable ways to trigger it on a single card include: Pursue Perfection (Sunset hanging out with PostCrush? sure), Addictive Power (yikes), Last-Minute Shopping (heh), The Rainbooms (very appropriate), and a few more that'll do it with the right support: Dedicated Classicist (heh, sure, why not), Irate Pastry Chef (sortof works), Regretful Gorgon (pretty appropriate since it's Sunset who plays Maneiac), Stalking Slime (a bit odd).
With the mill cards getting cut, this is left somewhat orphaned in the set without many ways to trigger it. It keeps coming up in Limited without much hope to use it. It's never going to do much in Sealed, but even in Draft, to make this work you'd need some self-mill or hefty loot (“The Other Side” and “Coinky-Dink World” are the only options remaining), plus some ways to remove multiple cards from the graveyard, of which all that remain are off-colour and mostly rare. The card would be fun for a dedicated casual build-around deck, but I think it's going to just do almost always do nothing.
And as much as I love this moment and the song it's from, as much as it'd hurt to cut it from the set... it's also pretty unpleasant to look at it in a booster and think "oh, darn, that's not the powerful rare I wanted, that's that really niche card I don't have support for".
deactivate :( swapping Flash, Handsome Rogue back in.
