Yeah, I'm pretty sure that even the saner version of this ("The next time damage would be prevented, it isn't") is too silly to have.

Well, Flaring Pain and Unstable Footing work. But I like the brainbending silliness of this version :)

The sane version would probably be allowed.

This version probably activates every time state is checked and target player takes damage. How much? Who knows! Whatever's in the registers, probably :)
