­Wandering Eye's ability on a 2/2 for {u}{u} could make an uncommon (a la Dimir Guildmage), or perhaps a rare (a la Grimoire Thief), but no way a mythic.

Well, it's always on, and not symmetric. So it's a bit better than those.

I was just thinking about decks wanting something like Mouse.
