Why is the trader a cat? Traders (elven, human and dwarven) are quite an iconic part of the DF experience, but I don't get the "cat" reference.
Traders bring cats with them? No idea.
I liked the pun name on a creature whose main use will be trading off with an opponents beat-stick :)
Give it creature type Human then. Or Dwarf Merchant. Or something. That way you keep the pun as well as making it actually fit the flavour.

Much reflection on toothychat is telling us that green really doesn't get to have something normal+stompy in the slot between grizzly bears and war mammoth.
so this probably needs to change. How annoying. Would people use it with CMC4?

That's not really what I said. Or anyone did. We mentioned Elvish Ranger and Trained Armodon and I thought it'd be fine.
The only thing is that 4/2 isn't a very green size. Black and red are the ones that normally get that shape.
But if you want to change it, by all means you can.
Well, green gets 6/4. I guess I'll see how it does. If it's too popular, or not popular enough, I can change it.
