Yeah, I think that's the problem :) The modern design advice appears to be "1U. Counter target [something Vitekna doesn't like]" :)

Howasabout going for the throat, and giving it to whoever you used it on to cast it back at you?

Hah! If I extend the alternate casting cost cycle - this is the card that gets it in blue. And That actually makes it a harsher countespell than the real one! Need to rethink this.
